AN ACT CONCERNING THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR ON SUNDAY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subsection (d) of section 30-91 of the general statutes be amended to permit the sale or dispensing of alcoholic liquor in places operating under package store permits, drug store permits, manufacturer permits for beer or grocery store permits on Sunday and that such sale or dispensing of alcoholic liquor in places operating under a package store permit be at the option of the holder of such permit.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow the sale of alcohol on Sunday in places operating under package store permits, drug store permits, manufacturer permits for beer or grocery store permits.
