AN ACT CONCERNING VIDEO MONITORING OF NONVERBAL NURSING HOME RESIDENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 19a of the general statutes be amended to require nursing homes to install video cameras in the rooms of nonverbal residents to ensure their safety.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure the safety and security of nonverbal nursing home residents via video monitoring.
