AN ACT CONCERNING WIRELESS INTERNET AVAILABILITY ON THE NEW HAVEN LINE OF THE METRO NORTH COMMUTER RAILROAD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended (1) to require that wireless Internet accessibility be provided on all or part of the New Haven line of the Metro North commuter railroad, and (2) to provide that the installation or provision of such wireless Internet accessibility may be provided by private contractors.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide wireless Internet access on the New Haven line of the Metro North commuter railroad.
