AN ACT INCREASING FUNDING FOR AGING-IN-PLACE INITIATIVES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

Section 1. (Effective July 1, 2018) The sum of ____ dollars is appropriated to the Department of Social Services and the sum of ____ dollars is appropriated to the Department of Rehabilitation Services from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019, to expand programs that provide community and home-based care for persons who are elderly or who have Alzheimer's disease.

This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:
Section 1	July 1, 2018	New section
