AN ACT IMPOSING A FEE ON WASTE PRODUCTS FROM HYDRAULIC FRACTURING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to institute a fee to be imposed on the processing, sale, exchange or disposal of any waste product derived from hydraulic fracturing.
Statement of Purpose:
To institute a fee to be imposed on the processing, sale, exchange or disposal of any waste product derived from hydraulic fracturing.
