AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY UNFUNDED EDUCATION MANDATES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a task force to study unfunded state education mandates and the effects of such mandates on school district budgets and instruction to students.
