AN ACT CONCERNING THE COMPENSATION OF STATE BOARD OF MEDIATION AND ARBITRATION ARBITRATORS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 31-98 of the general statutes be amended to establish a uniform compensation rate for arbitrators serving as panel members with the state Board of Mediation and Arbitration.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a uniform compensation rate for arbitrators serving as panel members with the state Board of Mediation and Arbitration.
