AN ACT ESTABLISHING TOLLS AND REDUCING THE STATE GASOLINE TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish tolls on I-95 at the state borders and reduce state gasoline taxes in accordance with the revenues raised by said tolls which shall be dedicated to the Transportation Fund.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish tolls and reduce the state gasoline tax by the amount collected from such tolls.
