AN ACT CONCERNING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN RECOMMENDATIONS BY THE FARMLAND PRESERVATION BOARD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to implement the recommendations of the Farmland Preservation Board that were submitted pursuant to special act 09-8.
Statement of Purpose:
To implement recommendations for permanently preserving certain state-owned agricultural lands.
