AN ACT CONCERNING AN EXEMPTION FROM THE PETROLEUM PRODUCTS GROSS EARNINGS TAX FOR COSMETIC GRADE MINERAL OIL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 12-587 of the general statutes be amended to exempt cosmetic grade mineral oil from the petroleum products gross earnings tax.
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt cosmetic grade mineral oil from the gross earnings tax.
