AN ACT CONCERNING PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR HEALTH INSURANCE RATE APPROVAL REQUESTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish procedures for a hearing prior to any rate approval for health insurance policies.
