AN ACT PROHIBITING THE DISPENSING OF OPIOIDS OUTSIDE OF A HOSPITAL SETTING TO ANY PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the dispensing of opioids to any person under the age of eighteen unless the dispensing occurs in a hospital.
