AN ACT CONCERNING THE APPLICATION FEE FOR BIDDERS ON A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR A CASINO GAMING FACILITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require any bidder on a request for proposals for a casino gaming facility to pay a five-million-dollar application fee in the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019.
Statement of Purpose:
To require any bidder on a request for proposals for a casino gaming facility to pay a five-million-dollar-application fee in the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019.
