AN ACT REQUIRING WELLNESS CHECKS FOR RECIPIENTS OF WELFARE BENEFITS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require residents receiving welfare benefits to be subject to random wellness checks.
