AN ACT CONCERNING ACQUISITION AND REMEDIATION COSTS AND SCHOOL BUILDING PROJECT GRANTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 173 of the general statutes be amended to include additional acquisition and remediation costs as part of the eligible costs for school building project reimbursement grants.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow additional acquisition and remediation costs for school construction grants.
