AN ACT EXEMPTING CERTAIN MUNICIPAL PROJECTS FROM PREVAILING WAGE RATE REQUIREMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to exempt municipal projects from the prevailing wage requirements unless the state contributes twenty-five per cent or more of the funds necessary for such municipal project.
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt municipal projects from the prevailing wage requirements unless the municipality receives at least twenty-five per cent of the funding for the project from the state.
