AN ACT CONCERNING PHOTO IDENTIFICATION FOR ELECTORS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to require electors to present valid photo identification prior to voting in any election.
Statement of Purpose:
To require voters to present valid photo identification prior to voting.
