AN ACT CONCERNING THE TAKING OF LAND BY EMINENT DOMAIN.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That chapter 835 of the general statutes be amended to create a more vigorous process for the taking of land by eminent domain.

Statement of Purpose:

To create a more vigorous process for the taking of land by eminent domain.
