AN ACT ESTABLISHING A PROGRAM FOR THE COLLECTION OF UNWANTED PHARMACEUTICALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a program for the collection of unwanted pharmaceuticals that will require police departments to have drug take back containers available for the proper disposal of unused prescription drugs.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a program a program for the collection and disposal of unused pharmaceuticals.
