AN ACT REPEALING THE SUBROGATION PROHIBITION OF UNDERINSURED MOTORIST BENEFIT CLAIMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 38a-336b of the general statutes prohibiting subrogation by insurers against the owner or operator of an underinsured motor vehicle for underinsured motorist benefits paid or payable by the insurer be repealed.
Statement of Purpose:
To repeal the prohibition on subrogation of underinsured motorist benefit claims.
