AN ACT ESTABLISHING A YOUTH EMPLOYMENT SYSTEM AND A PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 12 of the general statutes be amended to establish a credit against the tax imposed on any employer which employs low income or at-risk youth.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide tax incentives to employers to hire low income and at-risk youth.
