AN ACT PERMITTING SUNDAY BOW HUNTING ON PRIVATE LANDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 26-73 of the general statutes be amended to allow bow hunting on private land on Sundays with the written permission of such landowner, provided such hunting is in furtherance of the Department of Environmental Protection's wildlife management program.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow bow hunting on private lands on Sundays for wildlife management purposes.
