AN ACT CONTINUING THE ANGEL INVESTOR TAX CREDIT.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 12-704d of the general statutes be amended to continue the angel investor tax credit.

Statement of Purpose:

To support start-up businesses and entrepreneurs and encourage investments in Connecticut businesses by continuing the angel investor tax credit.
