AN ACT PROVIDING FUNDING TO THE CITY OF STAMFORD FOR THE REMEDIATION OF CONTAMINATED WELL WATER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the sum of ____ dollars be appropriated to the Department of Environmental Protection, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2011, for the provision of funds to the city of Stamford for remediation of contaminated well water in the Scofieldtown area.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funds to the city of Stamford for the remediation of contaminated well water.
