AN ACT EXEMPTING THE REGISTRATION OF ANTIQUE, RARE OR SPECIAL INTEREST MOTOR VEHICLES FROM THE "PASSPORT TO THE PARKS FEE".

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That subsection (b) of section 14-49b of the general statutes be amended to exempt the registration of antique, rare or special interest motor vehicles from the "Passport to the Parks Fee".

Statement of Purpose:

To exempt the registration of antique, rare or special interest motor vehicles from the "Passport to the Parks Fee".
