AN ACT CONCERNING THE USE OF NONAPPROPRIATED ACCOUNTS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to prohibit moneys in nonappropriated accounts from being used for purposes other than those specified for such accounts and to provide a method for accounting for expenditures from such accounts.

Statement of Purpose:

To prevent raiding of subject-specific accounts.
