AN ACT CONTINUING THE ANGEL INVESTOR TAX CREDIT.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 12-704d of the general statutes be amended to extend the angel investor tax credit against the personal income tax for two additional years.

Statement of Purpose:

To continue the angel investor tax credit for two additional years.
