AN ACT CONCERNING THE POSTHUMOUS AWARD OF RIBBONS AND MEDALS TO VETERANS FOR SERVICE IN TIME OF WAR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 27-73e of the general statutes be amended to provide that the award of a ribbon and medal to each veteran who served in time of war, as described in said section, may be made posthumously regardless of the date of death of such veteran.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow the Adjutant General to make posthumous awards of ribbons and medals to all veterans who served in time of war.
