AN ACT REPEALING THE CITIZENS' ELECTION PROGRAM.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to eliminate the Citizens' Election Program.

Statement of Purpose:

To repeal the laws under which state funds are used to finance political campaigns.
