AN ACT CONCERNING SPECIAL EDUCATION FUNDING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-76g of the general statutes be amended to make the full funding of special education a state expense.
Statement of Purpose:
To create a uniform system for special education and to reduce unpredictable expenses for towns.
