AN ACT CONCERNING AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the sum of two million dollars be appropriated to the Department of Education, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2011, to provide grants, in accordance with section 10-16x of the general statutes, for after school programs.
