AN ACT CONCERNING THE PERSONAL INCOME TAX AND AN EMPLOYER COMPENSATION TAX.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to eliminate the personal income tax on wages and impose a progressive employer compensation tax based on current personal income tax tables.

Statement of Purpose:

To eliminate the personal income tax on wages and impose a progressive employer compensation tax based on current personal income tax tables.
