AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TAX CREDIT FOR CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS WHO START A BUSINESS IN THE STATE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to establish a tax credit for individuals who graduate from an institution of higher education and start a business in the state within two years of graduating.

Statement of Purpose:

To establish a tax credit for individuals who graduate from an institution of higher education and start a business in the state within two years of graduating.
