AN ACT RESTORING FUNDING TO THE PUBLIC, EDUCATIONAL AND GOVERNMENTAL PROGRAMMING AND EDUCATION TECHNOLOGY INVESTMENT ACCOUNT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the sum of $6,900,000 of the projected surplus for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2014, be used to restore funding to the public, educational and governmental programming and education technology investment account, established pursuant to section 16-331cc of the general statutes, that had been diverted to the resources of the General Fund.
Statement of Purpose:
To restore funding for the public, educational and governmental programming and education technology investment account.
