AN ACT CONCERNING AMENDMENTS TO THE MEDICAID STATE PLAN.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

Section 1. Section 17b-28g of the 2010 supplement to the general statutes is repealed and the following is substituted in lieu thereof (Effective from passage):

The Commissioner of Social Services shall submit written notice and a copy of any proposed amendment to the Medicaid state plan to the joint standing committees of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters related to human services and appropriations not less than ten calendar days prior to submission of such amendment to the federal government.

This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:
