AN ACT CONCERNING GASOLINE TAXES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to combine the petroleum products gross earnings tax and the motor vehicle fuels tax and impose one tax on a per-gallon basis.
