AN ACT REQUIRING THE DISPLAY OF IDENTIFICATION ON TOP OF KAYAKS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to require the prominent display of identification on top of kayaks.

Statement of Purpose:

To require kayaks to have identification prominently displayed.
