AN ACT CONCERNING THE REGISTRATION OF ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require each all-terrain vehicle to be registered through the state, except if such all-terrain vehicle is operated solely on the property of the operator, and that the registration fee for the all-terrain vehicle be thirty dollars annually, the revenue from which shall be used by the Department of Environmental Protection to maintain trails.
Statement of Purpose:
To require all-terrain vehicles to be registered through the state, and that the thirty-dollar registration fee be used by the Department of Environmental Protection to maintain trails.
