AN ACT PHASING OUT PERSONAL INCOME TAXATION ON PENSIONS AND SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFITS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That chapter 229 of the general statutes be amended to phase out the imposition of personal income taxation of pension income and Social Security benefits.

Statement of Purpose:

To phase out the personal income tax on pensions and Social Security benefits.
