AN ACT CONCERNING COMMUNITY ACCESS TELEVISION IN CONNECTICUT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection, in consultation with the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority, conduct a study of the best practices and most economical way to stabilize Connecticut community access television.
