AN ACT CONCERNING MINOR PARTY NOMINATIONS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 9-452 of the general statutes be amended to eliminate the requirement that nominations be signed by each candidate.

Statement of Purpose:

To eliminate additional burdens on minor party candidates when preparing nominations for municipal office.
