AN ACT CONCERNING THE "DO NOT CALL" LIST AND TAX-EXEMPT NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 42-288a of the general statutes be amended to specify that tax-exempt nonprofit organizations are not exempt from the provisions of said section.
Statement of Purpose:
To specify that tax-exempt nonprofit organizations are not exempt from the provisions of the "Do Not Call" list.
