AN ACT CONCERNING THE REPEAL OF THE EARNED INCOME TAX CREDIT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 229 of the general statutes be amended to eliminate the earned income tax credit.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide budget relief by eliminating the earned income tax credit.
