AN ACT EXEMPTING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING APPEALS PROCEDURE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 8-30g of the general statutes be amended to exempt property within one hundred feet of a wetland.

Statement of Purpose:

To exempt property located within one hundred feet of a wetland from the affordable housing appeals procedure.
