AN ACT CONCERNING THE THRESHOLD FOR IMPOSITION OF THE ESTATE TAX ON FARMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 217 of the general statutes be amended to match the threshold for imposition of the state estate tax on farms with the federal farm estate tax threshold.
Statement of Purpose:
To match the threshold for imposition of the state estate tax on farms with the federal farm estate tax threshold.
