AN ACT LIMITING STATE FUNDS FOR SERVICES TO UNDOCUMENTED INMATES AT STATE CORRECTIONAL FACILITIES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to limit the amount of state funds used to provide certain services to undocumented inmates at state correctional facilities.

Statement of Purpose:

To limit the amount of taxpayer funds used for certain services provided to undocumented inmates.
