AN ACT CONCERNING THE MARIJUANA AND CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES TAX.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That chapter 228d of the general statutes be amended to allow municipalities to collect tax revenue on controlled substances within the municipality.

Statement of Purpose:

To allow municipalities to collect tax revenue on marijuana and controlled substances.
