An act relating to surplus property.


LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST


SB 959, as introduced, Portantino. Surplus residential property: State Route 710.
Existing law establishes priorities and procedures that any state agency disposing of surplus residential property is required to follow, including specified procedures for the sale of specified property in the State Route 710 corridor.
This bill would declare the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation relating to the sale of surplus residential properties in the State Route 710 corridor.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 It is the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation relating to the sale of surplus residential properties in the State Route 710 corridor.
