CALIFORNIA LEGISLATURE—
2017–2018 REGULAR SESSION
Senate Bill | No. 563 |
Introduced by Senator Lara |
February 17, 2017 |
An act to amend Section 41852 of the Health and Safety Code, relating to nonvehicular air pollution.
LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST
SB 563, as introduced, Lara.
Agricultural burning: permits.
Existing law prohibits a person from knowingly setting or permitting agricultural burning unless he or she has a valid permit, as specified.
This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to that provision.
