An act to amend Section 41852 of the Health and Safety Code, relating to nonvehicular air pollution.

SB 563, as introduced, Lara. Agricultural burning: permits.
Existing law prohibits a person from knowingly setting or permitting agricultural burning unless he or she has a valid permit, as specified.
This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to that provision.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 Section 41852 of the Health and Safety Code is amended to read:

41852.
 No A person knowingly shall not knowingly set or permit agricultural burning unless he or she has a valid permit from the agency designated by the state board to issue such those permits in the area where the agricultural burning is to take place.
