BILL NUMBER: SB 1316 INTRODUCED BILL TEXT INTRODUCED BY Senator Romero FEBRUARY 19, 2010 An act relating to taxation. LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST SB 1316, as introduced, Romero. Taxation: credits. The Personal Income Tax Law and Corporation Tax Law authorize various credits against the taxes imposed by those laws.
